These weekly art classes are designed for children who love to draw, paint and create, while also helping them develop real artistic skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Rather than simply completing the same craft each week, students explore different subjects, materials and techniques while learning the fundamentals of drawing, painting, colour and composition. Each project is adapted to the children’s age and experience level, allowing them to build confidence while developing their own creativity and artistic style.

What Children Will Learn

Throughout the classes, students will explore:

Drawing and sketching fundamentals
Shapes, proportions and observation
Colour theory and colour mixing
Watercolour and acrylic painting techniques
Pencil, markers and mixed-media projects
Light, shadow and basic perspective
Animals, landscapes, characters, nature and imaginative subjects
Composition and creating a complete artwork
Developing ideas from sketch to finished piece
Creative thinking and artistic confidence

Our instructors provide step-by-step demonstrations and individual guidance, while still encouraging each child to make their artwork unique.
