Refund & Return Policy

At In Art Studio, we carefully select and prepare our art supplies to ensure customers receive high-quality products. Please review this policy before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final
All sales of art supplies, including paints, brushes, canvases, paper, drawing materials, tools, accessories, and other art products, are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or because the customer no longer requires the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact In Art Studio within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your name and order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected product. Once reviewed and approved, In Art Studio may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been prepared for pickup or fulfilled. Once an order has been prepared, completed, or made available for pickup, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In-Studio / Pickup Orders
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at pickup. Any issue with quantity, product type, or visible condition should be reported to our staff as soon as possible.
Once an order has been accepted and taken from the studio, the sale is final, except for defects that could not reasonably have been identified at pickup.

Opened or Used Products
For health, safety, quality-control, and resale reasons, opened, used, partially used, or altered art supplies cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective. This includes opened paints, mediums, inks, markers, used brushes, and other consumable art materials.

Sale & Clearance Items
Discounted, clearance, promotional, and final-sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
