Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the class start date. Requests received less than 7 days before the class start date are not eligible for a refund or a transfer to another date.

Refunds:

If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the class start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the reservation amount paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled class without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Issue from school side:

In the event of a class cancellation initiated by the school for reasons not attributable to the client, the client shall be entitled to reschedule the cancelled class to another available class at a time convenient to the client, subject to availability, and at no additional charge.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the cancellation notice.
