1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in art classes and studio activities involves the use of art materials and equipment. By attending, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

IN ART Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages to persons or personal property that may occur during classes, workshops, events, or while on the premises.

2. Personal Belongings

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

IN ART Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

3. Health & Safety

Participants agree to:

Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff

Use materials and equipment responsibly

Any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must be disclosed prior to the class. Participation is at your own discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

IN ART Studio is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment.

Participants agree to:

Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect

Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

IN ART Studio reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual who violates these standards, without refund.

5. Photo & Video Release

By attending classes or events, you grant IN ART Studio permission to capture and use photos and videos that may include your image or artwork.

These materials may be used for:

Social media

Website and promotional content

Marketing and advertising purposes

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in advance.

6. Registration & Payments

Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your spot

Registration is confirmed only after payment is received

Prices are subject to applicable taxes

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

8. Changes by IN ART Studio

IN ART Studio reserves the right to:

Reschedule or cancel classes

Change instructors, class format, or content if necessary

Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Use of Materials & Artwork

All instructional content, demonstrations, and materials provided during classes remain the intellectual property of IN ART Studio and/or the instructor.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Agreement

By registering for and/or attending any class, workshop, or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
